Location: Remote (Work from Home)Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Administrator cum Personal Assistant to support day-to-day business and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.You will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating communication, handling documentation, and assisting with administrative tasks across various business functions.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily administrative and operational tasksHandle emails, calls, and correspondence efficientlyMaintain records, files, and reports (digital filing system)Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and coordinate follow-upsAssist in preparing presentations, reports, and basic data entriesCoordinate with internal teams and external partners as neededHandle travel plans, appointments, and calendar managementSupport confidential tasks and personal assignments for the DirectorRequirements:Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory)1–3 years of experience in administrative or personal assistant rolesExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)Ability to work independently and maintain confidentialityReliable internet connection and professional work setupWhat We Offer:Remote work flexibilityCompetitive salary based on experience (₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month)Supportive and collaborative work cultureOpportunity to grow with a dynamic organization
