- Identify and research potential partners from the healthcare sector ranging from hospitals, pharmaceutical, drug and healthcare platforms, etc.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations.
- Engaged in collaborative discussions with CXO’S and formulate new avenues and synergies to work with them.
- Engage in legal and commercial discussion with partners.
- Develop and oversee collateral strategies, and ensure efficient distribution across cities.
- Collaborate closely with the key account managers and Sales and Business Development team to drive revenue growth.
- Conducting periodic reviews with the team on the progress and sharing constant updates.
- Customize the partnership pitch based on the type of the partner.
- Facilitate inter-departmental coordination, obtain approvals, and work closely with Head Partnerships and other stakeholders to achieve the assigned targets.
- Maintain a focus on objectives and make data-driven decisions to drive success.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product, finance, settlement, collateral and creative) to support partnership initiatives.
- Coordinate resources and efforts to execute partnership commitments effectively and achieve shared goals.
