Job Description & Key Responsibilities:

1. Establish and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to distribute content and promote the

company's courses and training programs.

2. Work with a team of writers, marketers, and other stakeholders to maintain the Company’s digital presence

3. Maintain consistent brand messaging across all paid, owned & earned media channels

4. Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviours and trends, and implement research into digital marketing

campaigns

5. Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook

Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

6. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools (Google Analytics,

Facebook Insights, etc.) and provide actionable insights for improvement.

7. Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs

and KPIs

8. Content Management for social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to increase

brand visibility and engagement, collaborating with existing content creation team

9. Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing collaterals, landing pages, and other materials to

support digital marketing efforts.

10. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, education technology, and online

learning platforms.


Job Requirements:

Mandatory Functional Skills:

1. Proven experience developing and executing digital marketing strategies, preferably in education or e-

learning industry.

2. Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and

experience in managing advertising campaigns.

3. Proficiency in content creation and social media management across various platforms.

4. Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.

5. Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.

6. Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research

7. Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics


Mandatory Technical Skills:

1. Familiarity with education technology platforms such as Graphy / Knorish / Pabbly, AiSensy is highly desirable.

2. Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.

3. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles and tools like Wix, Wordpress, etc
