Role Overview

We are seeking an OTA Specialist and Manager for a full-time, on-site position at our Gurugram office. This role involves managing OTA listings, enhancing online visibility, overseeing reservations, implementing revenue strategies, and collaborating across teams to optimize performance.


Qualifications

  • Expertise in OTA Listing & Optimization, Revenue Management, and Booking Engine Integration
  • Experience in hospitality operations and revenue strategy
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills
  • Proficient in reporting tools, with excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines effectively
  • Knowledge of market trends and OTA platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
