Service Delivery Lead

Summary of the Role:
The Service Delivery Lead role is a strategic leadership position responsible for overseeing the entire India delivery function within a service-based business. Key responsibilities include resource planning and allocation, risk management, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in running a service delivery centre, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects in a dynamic global organisation. Managing Talent as a Service as well as Contract Lifecycle Management and Legal projects will be an advantage.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire India service delivery function (with a mix of remote and in-office team members) to ensure high-quality, on-time, and within-budget service delivery across all projects.
- Develop and implement resource planning and allocation strategies to optimize team performance and ensure the efficient use of resources.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery through proactive risk management and contingency planning.
- Lead process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery efficiency and effectiveness across the delivery center working with your deliver lead peers across 5 countries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to manage Talent as a Service, Contract Lifecycle Management, and Legal projects, ensuring alignment with global organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any other field.
- At least 6 years managing a delivery centre with at least 80 people or more with a proven track record of growth and leadership, ideally from a recognised large technology consultancy organisation.
