Key Responsibilities:● Implement and manage the MIS structure across the organization.● Deliver timely and accurate daily, weekly, monthly MIS reports.● Build dashboards for revenue, profitability, expenses, cash flow, inventory & working capital.● Own channel-wise revenue reporting (website, Amazon, quick-commerce, marketplaces, offline).● Lead reconciliations (payments, returns, commissions, GST, TCS, settlements).● Build structured expense classification and cost frameworks.● Track operating expenses, marketing spends, overheads, and variances.● Implement inventory MIS (weekly & monthly).● Oversee stock valuation, costing, ageing & reconciliations.● Ensure accurate procurement-to-warehouse-to-sale visibility.● Implement checks, controls, and documentation across finance processes.● Strengthen working capital visibility across cash, stock, receivables, and payables.● Build scalable SOPs across all finance workflows.● Identify automation opportunities (Tally, API integrations, Sheets automation, dashboards).● Lead and manage the existing finance team, ensuring smooth day-to-day execution.Good to have:● CA Inter / MBA Finance / Semi-qualified CA / B. Com with strong reporting and MIS experience.● 4–8 years of experience in finance operations, reporting, or controllership roles.● Strong command over Tally, Excel/Google Sheets, reconciliations.● Experience in D2C, retail, e-commerce, or FMCG is preferred.● Proven team management skills.● Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
