Job Title: BigCommerce Project ManagerLocation: RemoteContract: 6 monthsJob Description:We are looking for a BigCommerce Project Manager to lead and oversee e-commerce projects from conception to successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing BigCommerce-based projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes. If you have a passion for e-commerce platforms, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable plans — we’d love to hear from youKey Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end BigCommerce project lifecycle — from planning, execution, and delivery to post-launch support.Collaborate with developers, designers, QA, and marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution.Gather, analyze, and document project requirements in alignment with business goals.Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.Communicate project progress, risks, and challenges effectively to stakeholders.Ensure proper integration of third-party apps, APIs, and tools within the BigCommerce ecosystem.Conduct quality assurance checks before project go-live.Work closely with clients to provide updates, address issues, and ensure satisfaction.Coordinate deployment schedules, testing phases, and post-launch support.Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to overall team efficiency.Required Skills & Qualifications:3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in e-commerce (mandatory BigCommerce).Strong understanding of BigCommerce platform capabilities, features, and integrations.Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience working with development teams (familiarity with agile methodologies).Ability to translate technical requirements into clear project deliverables.Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.Solid understanding of e-commerce workflows — from catalog setup to checkout and fulfillment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.If you have the zeal and potential to work with us, we look forward to collaborating with you Drop us a line with your resume at varsha@upbott.comAbout CompanyUpbott Consulting Private Limited, is a new age boutique ecommerce technology and marketing consulting company, catering to B2B and B2C e-Commerce businesses in the US and UK.
