Responsibilities

  1. Highly process oriented, detailed understanding of KPI's, P&L.
  2. Developing store strategies to raise customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
  3. Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff
  4. Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service


Education


  1. Post Graduation / Bachelor degree from a reputed university/college
  2. MS Office & proficiency in excel is a must


Skills


  1. Knowledge of handling Retail Store Operations
  2. Selling & customer service
  3. Good knowledge of Apparel ,Jewellery will be an added advantage
  4. MIS Reporting
  5. Communication- Excellent spoken & written communication skills in English & regional language
  6. Computer operating knowledge
  7. Good knowledge of ‘Point of Sale’ system (POS)/ERP/SAP
  8. Excellent in Excel / spreadsheet


Experience


  1. Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in front-end retail operations as Asst.Manager/Store Manager. Preferably with an established Retail Brand
  2. Experience in handling customer queries & grievance handling
