With a global workforce of over 80,000 professionals and a presence in more than 50 countries.Job Title: Service now ITAM AdvisoryLocations: PAN INDIAExperience: 8-12 YearsEmployment Type: Contract to HireWork Mode : Work From OfficeNotice Period : Immediate to 15 DaysJob Description:Role Summary:Must Have Skills8 years of overall industry experience in IT asset management At least 7 years of experience in ServiceNow ITAM domainStrong knowledge of ServiceNow ITAM modules SAM Pro HAM ProDeep understanding of software licensing models and compliance requirementsFamiliarity with ITIL and ITAM best practicesServiceNow Certified System Administrator CSA and ITAM related certificationsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsGood to Have SkillsExposure to integrations with procurement and financial systems eg SAP OracleKnowledge of cloud licensing and SaaS subscription managementExperience with automation workflows for asset lifecycleServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications SAM HAM specificAdvanced ITIL certifications or ISO 19770 familiarityUnderstanding of cost optimization strategies and vendor management
