Position Title: Associate Director - Web Publishing

Experience Level: 12+ Years

Duration: Full Time

Location: Mumbai, MH

Permanent Position


Experience:

Demonstrated experience in leading a cross-functional content management/contribution team

Familiarity with multiple CMSs (AEM and Sitecore preferred)

Familiarity with Seismic platform


Skills:

Strong people management skills, building a high performing, inclusive culture.

Exceptionally good interpersonal and communication skills including ability to communicate complex information and analysis in written and visual forms

Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Meticulous attention to detail, with demonstrated ability for accuracy and thoroughness

Ability to work in an agile team

Critical thinking to ask questions, determine best course and offer solutions

Continuous improvement mindset

Ability to understand the big picture

Teamwork skills within the department and on project teams

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex, and dynamic business environment

Demonstrated and dynamic analytical/problem solving skills.


Special skills or Certifications :

Leadership experience in a cross-functional environment

Five plus years of experience working in a web content management system (CMS) and experience on Seismic, including familiarity with template concepts and usage, the range of asset types involved in creating web pages, workflow, and general asset administration

Basic understanding of HTML, XML, CSS, and JavaScript

Base knowledge of digital marketing concepts

Strong aptitude and experience with Microsoft Powerpoint

Familiarity with SQL for data sourcing a plus
