Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive to join our team at Recruitment Agency Name. The Senior HR Executive/Manager will take on a full-spectrum HR role, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and strategic HR initiatives. This role requires a proactive approach to HR management and a strong understanding of HR best practices.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.


  • Source candidates through various channels and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the internal team.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and coordinate hiring decisions.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Implement HR policies and ensure consistent employee treatment.
  • Assist in performance management, including goal-setting and reviews.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning opportunities.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Build client relationships, provide HR consultancy, and support team collaboration.
  • Employee engagement activities.
