Job Location- Bangalore


Primary Skill:-

5+ years of data science experience with exposure the LLMs, RAG and Lang Chain based systems

Proven experience in NLP, LLM, AI/ML, and Reinforcement Learning.


Develop and implement a LLM model to convert highlevel system requirements into testing code This project is essential for automating portions of the software development process specifically the testing and validation phases to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with industry standards. The contractor will be responsible for designing training and implementing LLM models capable of natural language processing and code generation The primary goal is to create a robust system that can interpret complex technical specifications and automatically generate errorfree code streamlining software engineering workflows

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and implement generative AI models using the latest techniques in natural

language processing and code generation

Strong analytical abilities to evaluate the potential impacts of different coding approaches and

choose the optimal solution based on reliability and performance considerations

Deep understanding of LLMs such as GPT BART LLAMA Mistral and their code generation

variants and similar technologies Ability to apply these models to automate and enhance code

generation processes

Demonstrated expertise in using LangChain to facilitate the development of modular

languagebased applications Capable of building and integrating custom language chains that

improve the translation of complex natural language into executable code

Develop domainspecific language models using advanced methods like PEFT Selective

Reparametrization and Additive

Collaborate with stakeholders or project teams to finetune language models using reinforcement

learning

Utilize advanced debugging and tracing tools such as LlamaIndex and Langsmith to enhance

prompt engineering and develop comprehensive prompt catalogs

Perform thorough evaluations using domainspecific metrics to ensure the accuracy and

relevance of model outputs

Optimize model performance through systematic experimentation hyperparameter tuning and

advanced optimization techniques like Quantization and Pruning

Qualifications

Education Bachelors degree in Computer ScienceAerospaceMechanical engineering or a

related field A Masters or PhD in a relevant discipline is highly desirable

Experience 8 years of data science experience with exposure the LLMs RAG and LangChain

based systems

Knowledge on Software Lifecycle Development and Testing process

Proven experience in NLP LLM AIML and Reinforcement Learning

Proficiency in programming languages especially Python and familiarity with CC
