Ideally, we're looking at engineering graduates with experience spanning cloud, infrastructure and cybersecurity. Having customer experience will be preferred.Key Responsibilities1. Proactive Monitoring & Incident Management· Conduct a comprehensive morning review of all monitoring, antivirus, patching, and security alert queues.· Determine the impact of incidents on users and business operations.2. Patch Management & System Health· Identify and resolve patch deployment failures across customer environments.· Perform routine system checks to ensure overall health and availability.3. Operational Excellence & Ticket Management· Maintain impeccable ticket hygiene: every ticket must contain clear, logical notes detailing the cause, steps taken, results, and any required follow-up actions.· Ensure no alert or ticket is left without an update; proactively manage your workload to completion.4. Customer Operations· Communicate clearly and assess customer needs· Oversee seamless administrative operations to ensure customers don't face any issues with supply chain
