Senior Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking
Location: Delhi & Bangalore

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Relationship Manager - Corporate Banking team. This role focuses on funding education institutions and healthcare entities, building long-term client relationships, and driving large-ticket lending transactions of ₹50 Cr+. The ideal candidate will possess strong industry knowledge, exceptional networking skills, and a proven track record in corporate lending within these sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with education institutions and healthcare organizations to identify lending opportunities.
- Originate, structure, and execute lending transactions of ₹50 Cr+, ensuring alignment with credit policies and business objectives.
- Conduct detailed financial and operational analysis to assess client creditworthiness.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including credit and risk, to drive deal approvals and closures.
- Monitor portfolio performance and proactively address client needs to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on sector trends and regulatory developments to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Drive business growth by meeting and exceeding revenue and portfolio targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: MBA (Finance) or Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in corporate banking, with significant exposure to lending for education and healthcare sectors.
- Proven track record in originating and closing lending deals of ₹50 Cr+.
- Strong understanding of financial products, credit assessment, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
