Hiring for: Brand Scale-Up Inc.Location: HRBR Layout, Kalyan Nagar, North BengaluruDesignation: Client-Servicing ExecutiveOverview:We are looking for an experienced, assertive and detail-oriented Client-Servicing Executive with prior agency experience to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in client service within the agency space, looking to leverage their skills in a collaborative, client-focused environment.You will work closely with internal teams, including creative, strategy, and production, to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. Your expertise in agency environments will help drive client satisfaction and strengthen relationships, ensuring we meet and exceed client expectations.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, handling all day-to-day communications and requestsCoordinate with internal teams (creative, production) to manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgetsProvide proactive updates and problem-solve client issues to maintain satisfactionCollaborate with clients to understand their objectives and ensure that all services align with their goalsEnsure client expectations are clearly communicated and met, managing scope and timelines effectivelyContribute to project briefs, presentations, and status reports for clientsBuild and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat businessQualifications:Prior experience working in a client servicing role within an agency environment (e.g., advertising, marketing, media, or creative agencies)Excellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrong organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentProactive approach to problem-solvingKnowledge of agency workflows and client communication best practicesMore about us-Brand Scale-Up Inc. is a brand-strategy-led digital marketing agency, specializing in Video content Production, Social Media Management and Performance Marketing.
