This role requiresstrong sourcing skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver high-quality candidates in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities● Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles.● Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.● Screen profiles, conduct initial assessments, and shortlist suitable candidates.● Coordinate interviews and manage stakeholder communication.● Track hiring metrics (TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio).● Drive candidate engagement to ensure smooth experience.● Support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives.What We’re Looking For● Education: Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.
