Role Overview:

The Student Enrollment Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving the entire admissions process, from initial lead generation to final enrollment. This role is central to DSM’s recruitment strategy, ensuring that every prospective student is supported through a seamless and engaging journey, aligning with DSM’s mission and enrollment goals. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, relationship management, and process organization within the student recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Admissions Oversight
  • Manage the admissions process end-to-end, including initial inquiries, applications, auditions, and final enrollments.
  • Ensure clear and timely communication across all stages, fostering a seamless experience for all candidates.
  1. Lead Generation & Nurturing
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop inbound and organic lead-generation strategies.
  • Track and manage leads through CRM, overseeing the progression from lead generation to enrollment.
  1. Conversion Optimization
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates at each recruitment stage, leveraging both direct and reverse marketing tactics.
  • Monitor data-driven insights to refine outreach methods and enhance engagement with potential students.
  1. Relationship Management
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for prospective students, parents, and educational partners.
  • Provide prospective students with course details, financial aid options, and admissions guidance.
  1. Alumni and Faculty Engagement
  • Coordinate alumni and faculty involvement in the recruitment process to build a sense of community and engagement among prospects.
  • Facilitate alumni and faculty interactions with prospective students, leveraging testimonials and success stories.
  1. Operational & Project Management
  • Oversee the coordination of webinars, open days, and informational sessions, ensuring they are strategically timed and well-attended.
  • Manage recruitment timelines, performance benchmarks, and reporting to align with DSM’s enrollment targets.
  1. CRM & Data Management
  • Maintain lead and applicant records in the CRM system, ensuring accurate data tracking, pipeline updates, and consistent follow-ups.
  • Conduct regular reviews of CRM metrics and optimize recruitment tactics accordingly.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Humanities, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in sales, admissions, or student recruitment, ideally within high-ticket course sales.
  • Skills:
  • Strong project management, CRM, and data analysis skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with the performing arts sector is preferred.

Reports to: Director, DSM

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Saturday
