We are expanding and looking for a Head of Engineering to lead our technical teams, especially in the areas of Conversational AI, Generative AI, and Blockchain technologies.

Position Overview:

As the Head of Engineering at Saintsmen Systems, you will be responsible for leading the technical vision, managing engineering teams, and overseeing the development of key technologies. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with conversational AI models (VoiceBots, ChatBots, IVRs, ASR, NLP, NLU, LLMs), and familiarity with emerging technologies like Generative AI and Blockchain. You will collaborate closely with the leadership team to ensure technology aligns with business objectives and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the engineering teams in the architecture, design, and implementation of Conversational AI solutions, including VoiceBots, ChatBots, IVRs, ASR systems, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Natural Language Understanding (NLU).
  • Drive innovation in Generative AI, Language Learning Models (LLMs), and other advanced AI technologies.
  • Integrate Blockchain technologies to enhance security, scalability, and transparency where appropriate.
  • Manage the end-to-end software development process, ensuring high-quality output that meets business and technical requirements.
  • Provide hands-on leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and technical excellence.
  • Work cross-functionally with product management, sales, and client success teams to ensure smooth technical delivery and support for client projects.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, ensuring Saintsmen Systems remains a leader in the space.
  • Represent the company in technical discussions with clients, partners, and at industry events to advocate for our innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior engineering leadership role, such as Head of Engineering, Engineering Director, or VP of Engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience in software development and system architecture with a strong focus on Conversational AI (VoiceBots, ChatBots, IVRs, ASR, NLP, NLU).
  • Expertise in Generative AI, Language Learning Models (LLMs), and related frameworks.
  • Practical experience with Blockchain technology and its applications.
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages (Python, Java, etc.) and software development frameworks.
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and scalable architectures.
  • Proven ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering teams.
  • Strong decision-making skills and technical problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience delivering AI-based solutions in production environments.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML algorithms, tools, and platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Solid understanding of security standards in the context of AI and Blockchain.
