Media Buyer – VSL Specialist

Location: Bengaluru / CoimbatoreWe are hiring an experienced Media Buyer with strong expertise in VSL funnels for the US and Europe markets. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and other performance channels, along with a deep understanding of direct-response marketing and long-form funnel structures.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and optimize VSL-based campaigns across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Google, and Native platforms.Build full-funnel strategies including cold traffic, retargeting, and post-purchase flows.Optimize for CPA, ROAS, MER, and CTR metrics.Conduct A/B tests on creatives, hooks, CTAs, and landing pages.Analyze VSL performance (watch-time, drop-offs) and provide improvement insights.Implement tracking via UTMs, Pixels, CAPI, GA4, Hyros, RedTrack, etc.Prepare regular performance reports and scaling strategies.RequirementsMinimum 1 year experience in VSL funnel marketing.Minimum 3 years experience in performance media buying.Proven experience with Meta, YouTube, and TikTok Ads.Strong understanding of direct-response creatives, hooks, and angles.Experience managing $1,000+ daily budgets.Proficiency with tracking tools and analytics platforms.Preferred SkillsExperience with Native ads (Taboola, Outbrain).Exposure to backend monetization (email/SMS).Familiarity with ClickFunnels/WordPress/GoHighLevel.Experience managing creative or UGC teams.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance bonuses.Opportunity to work with high-growth US & EU brands.Creative freedom and a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
