Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Presales Executive with 2+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support presales operational activities, such as reporting and analytics, while showcasing the potential to evolve into a strategic presales role.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and contribute to client proposals and presentations in collaboration with sales and technical teams.
- Handle operational tasks, including managing reports and analytics, to ensure smooth presales processes.
- Utilize Excel and reporting tools to generate insights and support decision-making.
- Research and analyze market trends to align client solutions with emerging opportunities.
- Assist in creating business cases, ROI analyses, and other client proposal documents.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to provide strategic inputs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 years in a presales or similar client-facing role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and strong reporting skills.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Proactive and adaptable team player with problem-solving abilities.
- Desirable: Basic understanding of technical concepts, software, or IT services.
