The role involves converting qualified leads into successful enrollments through effective communication, strong persuasion, and a consultative approach.You’ll play a key role in achieving monthly targets and driving revenue growth for our psychology programs.Key ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of hot and qualified leads and convert them into enrollmentsUnderstand learner needs, explain program benefits, and address objections confidentlyMaintain high call-to-conversion ratios through persuasive selling techniquesFollow up strategically via calls, WhatsApp, and email to ensure closureCollaborate with the counseling and marketing teams to improve conversion ratesMeet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targetsMaintain detailed records of all conversations and closures in the CRM systemQualificationsBachelor’s degree (Psychology preferred)Minimum 6 months experience in sales or EdTech closing rolesExcellent communication, negotiation, and closing skillsStrong ability to handle objections and convert interest into commitmentSelf-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient under pressure
