Roles & Responsibilities :
- Individuals can work autonomously in a demanding and often ambiguous environment.
- Responsible for lender application preparation while making sure supporting documents are available for submission to the lender.
- Experience in Analyzing fact find and Credit reports of applicants.
- Experience working on different lenders' Serviceability calculators and lodging applications on AOL.
- Experience in ordering Valuation and Pricing discretion.
- Experience working on aggregator Software (MYCRM, Mercury, Flex, Salestrekker, Infynity, etc).
- Experience working with Australian Mortgage Brokers/Finance Brokers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's and Master's degree in business, finance or accounting field.
- Proficiency in Excel and proven analytical skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office
Skill Set Required:
- Proficient in English Language- both written and Oral.
- Good communication skills and Team player
Relevant experience Required: 3-5 Years (Australian Mortgage Processing)
Job Timings: 7:30AM to 4:30PM (1st Sat & 3 rd Sat Off)
Salary : As per Industry standards.
