Job Description – Senior Executive, HR RecruiterLocation: Durgapur/Madurai Company: Pinnacle InfotechEmployment Type: Full-time | Senior Executive LevelKey ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & RecruitmentDrive end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, and support roles.Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and local networks for sourcing.Conduct interviews, assessments, and shortlisting of candidates.Initiate background verification, prepare and release LOI, offer lettersFacilitate timely joining and ensure a seamless on-boarding experience for new hires.Campus HiringExecute campus recruitment drives in respective regionsRepresent Pinnacle Infotech in recruitment drives viz, job fairs and walk-in drives.Recruitment Operations & Stakeholder ManagementManage candidate pipeline, interview logistics, and hiring reports.Ensure compliance with HR processes and smooth candidate experience.Track hiring metrics and share recruitment MIS with leadership.Qualification/Experience requirementsMBA / PG in Human Resources or equivalent.B. Tech graduate preferred2–4 years of experience in recruitment (preferably IT/Engineering).Strong communication skills.Proficiency in recruitment tools, HRMS, and MS Office.
