Senior DevOps Engineer & Tech Lead

Job Responsibilities & Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with 3-5 years of hands-on relevant experience in DevOps, focusing on Azure and ArcGIS Administration. 
  • Expertise in both Windows and Linux environments, with strong skills in automation and scripting. 
  • Hands-on experience in installing, configuring, and administering ArcGIS (ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Enterprise, etc) on Windows platforms. 
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle DB and Oracle Spatial DB installation, configuration, and management. 
  • Experience with managing Windows services, SSL certificates, and IIS (Internet Information Services) Manager. 
  • Proficient in containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes. 
  • Hands-on experience in automating CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or Jenkins. 
  • Experience working with cloud platforms, primarily Azure/AWS. 
  • Familiarity with monitoring and visualization tools like Prometheus and Grafana. 
  • Proficient in distributed version control systems, such as Git or Bitbucket. 
  • Experience with centralized logging solutions like the ELK stack or Splunk. 
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and familiarity with tools like JIRA. 
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. 
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
