You’ll lead with insight, drive multi-platform media strategy, and build a team that’s as fast, smart, and ambitious as the brands we work with.If you love connecting the dots between data and creativity, and enjoy leading with both precision and passion—this is your next big move.The Impact You’ll DriveLead full-funnel media strategies with clear focus on performance, scale, and ROIOwn and grow key client relationships, aligning media plans with business goalsOversee planning, execution, and reporting for multi-industry campaignsMentor mid-level team members and raise the bar on delivery and thinkingCollaborate with strategy, creative, and data teams for seamless campaign executionExplore new platform opportunities, lead A/B testing frameworks, and embrace automationPresent media insights and campaign performance in a way that sparks client confidence and actionContribute to Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) and long-term brand growth discussionsWhat You’ll Bring5–7 years of experience in media planning/performance marketing (digital-first agency preferred)Hands-on experience building and executing Annual Operating Plans (AOPs)Expertise in Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, DV360 and tools like GA4, Search Ads 360Comfort with GenAI tools for planning, forecasting, and creative media solutionsProven success in managing campaigns, leading teams, and scaling performance outcomesSharp strategic thinking and confident presentation skillsStrong team leadership, collaboration, and cross-functional communication abilities
