Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, promoting and selling Trading Leo's stock market training programs, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Additional responsibilities will include achieving sales targets, conducting consultations to understand client needs, and effectively communicating course benefits to potential learners. Collaborating with the marketing team to support sales strategies and participating in promotional activities will also be key aspects of this role. Qualifications Proficiency in communication, client engagement, and relationship-buildingStrong skills in sales strategies, customer acquisition, and achieving targetsExperience in conducting consultations and addressing client needsKnowledge of the stock market and trading concepts is an advantageAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively within a teamBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferredPrevious experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles is desirableSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about educating others in financial markets
