Your Role Conduct investigations into FTE/FTC complaints and concerns, ensuring a thorough and objective process.Pulse check for FTCs & FTEs from ER/IR perspectiveGrievance Redressal of FTCs and FTEsWorkplace Incidents and AccidentsER Trainings (COC, POSH etc)Improving staff welfareConflict resolution and managementManage statutory compliance for FTEs, FTCs, DHs and MHsDisciplinary ActionsWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.Proven experience in employee relations, industrial relations, or a related field.Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and employment practices.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders.High level of discretion and confidentiality.Why Join Us?
