About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Technical Sales Specialist with experience in cloud and DevOps tools to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of our industry-leading product suite and best practices in the tech and product domains. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen to deliver exceptional solutions to our clients.


As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and providing the best solutions for our clients. You will attend client meetings, thoroughly understand their use cases, and leverage your extensive knowledge of SaaS tools and products used by tech and product teams across various industries. Your ability to recognize opportunities within our clients' tech stacks and recommend appropriate solutions will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives.
  • Design and propose tailored solutions based on client requirements and our product offerings.
  • Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients on product usage and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product enhancements.
  • Contribute to the development of new product features and enhancements.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Experience: 2-4 years as a solution expert.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.
  • Passion for and understanding of SaaS tools and solutions in the product space.
  • Strong understanding of technology products and trends.
  • Ability to work collaboratively.
  • B2B SaaS Product & Tech Domain industry experience is required.
