Role: Digital Marketing & Communication Specialist
Vision: Share information, engage employees, and create a productive environment. The purpose is to inform digitally, influence, engage & build trust,
improve knowledge sharing, empower employees, and create a synergy that gets everyone on board with the company's overall goals.
Communication & Stakeholder Management: Internal : Create and manage internal communication strategies to keep the team informed and engaged. Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team through newsletters, intranet updates, and other internal platforms. Develop and execute external communication strategies to promotethe team's achievements, services, and expertise to internal key stakeholders. Work Closely with the entities across India MSC Communication Managers & Global Communication team,to ensure an efficient and consistent communication. Ecosystem relations: actively participate and be well present in the ecosystem circles to raise the recognition of Orange group, and maintain good relationship with major players of value chain.
Main sources of internal communication:
- Management: Information such as strategies, company results, internal and external information, and other important general information.
- Team: Between functions & colleagues who work together to achieve the same end goal.
- Face-to-face: Briefing individuals on tasks and situations – town halls , functional meetings, one o ones , etc
- Peer to peer: Informal chats between colleagues to share information
- Resources: The intranet, email, social media, messaging, video, Verbal , Electronic , Paper -posters & infographics.
New ways of communications – Internal:
- Short innovative Videos & Microlearning Videos – with key messages.: Create short, focused videos that deliver bite-sized pieces of information, training, or tips.
- Quiz or Gamification of internal communications – (ex. Manifesto learning)
- Virtual and digital signage / noticeboards
- Comms Noticeboard or Interactive Digital Noticeboards - announcements, achievements, and important information in a dynamic and eye-catching manner.
- Internal influencers and utilize these influencers
- An internal teaser campaign for building excitement for communicating new ideas, etc
- Like user generated content - Employee-led content development opportunities
- Open conversation – Coffee meet
Social Media brand ambassadors:
- Weekly at least one message by brand social media brand ambassadors
