By The Gram (BTG) is an award-winning global production house specialising in high-quality TVCs, digital ads, and branded content for industry-leading clients like Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Dharma Productions. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Client Acquisition Specialist to drive our growth by securing advertising and branded content projects, leaving the creative execution to our talented in-house team. 



  • Client Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients, including brands, agencies, and marketing teams, to pitch BTG’s services.
  • Relationship Development: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, such as marketing heads, brand managers, and agency representatives, to establish BTG as their preferred production partner.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through networking, cold outreach, and referrals.
  • Sales Pitching: Craft and deliver impactful sales pitches, customised proposals, and presentations that highlight BTG’s expertise and portfolio.
  • Client Onboarding: Facilitate seamless handover of client briefs to the creative and production teams, ensuring all client expectations are clearly communicated.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to connect with prospective clients and expand BTG’s network.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market demands to strategically position BTG in the advertising landscape.
  • Performance Reporting: Maintain client databases, track outreach progress, and provide regular updates to the leadership team on acquisition efforts.



QUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS:


  • Experience: 3–5 years in client acquisition or business development, ideally within the advertising, media, or production industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the advertising ecosystem, including TVCs, digital ads, and branded content.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple leads and clients simultaneously, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Results-Driven: Proven track record of acquiring new clients and meeting revenue targets.
  • Collaboration: Comfortable working with internal creative and production teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and basic presentation software.
