Below is the Detailed Job Description for the same:

Job Title: MSCRM Architect

Experience: 10 to 12 Years

Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore/Chennai


Job Description:


•At least 10 - 12 years of experience in IT

8 - 10 years on Microsoft technologies, out of which at least 6 -8 years on Dynamics CRM (including Dynamics 365 CE Cloud, which is a must)

•Must have demonstrable architecture & design experience in the role of Technical Architect in at least 2 - 3 large, end-to-end large MSCRM implementations,

*Experience in Field Service implementations is a must. that include complex functionality, more than one module of Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales / Service / Marketing / Field Service) multiple integrations and multi-geo rollouts

• Must have thorough knowledge and experience of Dynamics 365 Sales, Service and Field Service

• Dynamics 365 Version, including CRM SDK, plug-ins, JavaScript, Azure functions,

Web API services, Azure Service Bus (for integrations)

• Must be thorough and hands on in Microsoft technologies including

• Modern workloads:

• Power platform: specially Power Automate and Power BI, Dynamics Copilot and experience in Power Apps in preferred

• Experience in Azure AI / ML, Azure IOT platform and Virtual Agent is high preferable

• Experience in working in an Agile DevOps is a must

• Good team handling and customer facing skills
