Position Summary:

We are seeking a Sr. Executive - Client Servicing to manage our client service operations, ensuring seamless delivery of end-to-end solutions for the brand.

In this role, you will work closely with the client onsite to understand their needs, and ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The ideal candidate is proactive and with strong communication and project management skills, committed to driving client success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the client, acting as the primary point of contact for their needs and concerns.
  • Understand clients’ business objectives and provide strategic guidance to align with their goals.
  • Address and resolve client issues promptly, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Project Management & Execution:
  • Management of end-to-end project operations, from initial briefing and planning through execution and delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, strategy, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Prepare status updates, and report on project KPIs to stakeholders.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Develop and implement processes to streamline operations, optimize resources, and increase efficiency.
  • Maintain a high standard of service delivery, ensuring all projects adhere to company quality standards and client expectations.
  • Conduct regular analysis of client servicing metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Budget & Financial Management:
  • Ensure accurate billing and invoicing.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Advertising agency background mandatory
  • 3+ years of experience in client servicing or account management
  • Knowledge of BFSI sector is an added advantage
  • Proven track record of delivering successful client projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using metrics to drive improvements.
