Role – Business HR - Manager
- Shift - 9.5 hour window - preferably starting from 3:30 pm
- Excellent communication skills
- Industry - Preferred BPO/Services and can look for other industries as well
- Must have experience in managing employee span of 700-800
- Work Type - Hybrid - 3 days working from office
ALT Recruit - JD
- Develop people strategies to solve for business problems and achieve desired business outcomes
- Drive key people practices in tandem with operations leads
- Foresee cadence around people practice evaluation
- Key stakeholder management (Internal & External)
- Drive compliance with internal policies and procedures, external regulations and information security standards across portfolio
