-To manage team of ABDMs in the assigned Territory.
-To coach and mentor team in mobilizing life insurance business from the assigned locations/districts.
-To achieve NOP and premium target of the unit by generating business through team of reportees.
-Will also be instrumental in designing and executing schemes for the partner.
-Will be responsible for driving Quality Parameters like ECS, low surrenders, low FLCs etc.
-MIS management for the team and channel
