Job Summary

As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing the strategy and execution of their digital advertising campaigns. A large portion of your role will be focused on social media, ensuring content and creative initiatives are aligned with client goals and brand messaging.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients. Understand their business needs and objectives, translating them into effective digital and social media strategies.
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Work closely with internal teams to develop creative and engaging digital strategies, with an emphasis on social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Content Oversight: Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure that all social media content aligns with the client’s brand identity, messaging, and goals.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with creative, copywriting, and design teams to ensure the seamless delivery of all social media campaigns.
  • Client Presentation & Updates: Provide clients with updates on campaign progress, new opportunities, and ensure that their vision is being effectively implemented across all channels.
  • Problem Solving: Actively address any client concerns and ensure smooth communication between the client and internal teams to deliver solutions.


Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in managing social media campaigns and client relationships.
  • Deep understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Creative mindset with the ability to contribute to content and campaign ideas that align with client goals.
  • Strong project management skills, ensuring multiple campaigns run smoothly and on time.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to address and resolve challenges efficiently.
