Job Title: Executive Assistant

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Shifts: US Shift(Night shifts)


Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Executive Assistant to provide top-level administrative support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional with exceptional organizational and communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for all engagements.

• Communication: Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism and discretion.

• Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for meetings chaired by the CEO. Ensure all necessary materials are prepared in advance.

• Project Management: Assist the CEO in planning and executing special projects and strategic initiatives. Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.

• Document Management: Organize and maintain confidential files and records. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the CEO.

• Event Planning: Coordinate company events, board meetings, and other activities. Handle logistics and ensure events run smoothly.
