Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President Sales at Shyam Future Tech located in Kolkata. The VP Sales will be responsible for sales operations, account management, sales management, business development, and overall sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.


Qualifications


  • Sales, Account Management, and Business Development skills
  • Sales Operations and Sales Management expertise
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Experience in the IT industry or related fields
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • 20 years + of experience in IT Service Sales (Web development, Mobile App Development).
  • Should have good understanding of Offshore markets.
  • Geography level penetration plans
  • Coaching sales professionals.
  • Opportunity identification
  • Business avenue planning & generation.
  • Business process definition & framing.
  • Business closure. Responsible for Negotiating large / critical deals.
  • Sales process initiation & monitoring and automation.
