Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager - Marketing/Industrial Sales, will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales growth and support the sales team in achieving their targets. This position requires a strong background in engineering and a thorough understanding of industrial markets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to increase sales of industrial products.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs and develop marketing materials accordingly.
  • Identify and attend trade shows and other industry events to promote the organization's products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, production, and operations, to ensure successful product launches and promotions.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and present reports on marketing and sales activities to senior management.
  • B2B / Institutional Sales.
  • Generating new leads.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Gathering market and customer information.
  • Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications.


Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Any graduate or BE / MBA with 06 to 08 years of experience in the Molds and Dies manufacturing industry.
  • Open to travelling as the requirement is for multiple locations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
  • Focused and goal oriented.
