Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Head located in Bengaluru
This is a full-time on-site role . The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for communication, customer service, sales, training, and sales management on a day-to-day basis.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and marketing and business development in B2B sector and specifically Manufacturing.
The ideal candidate will lead the sales and marketing department and growth within our organization.
Responsibilities
Bring leads and add more suppliers and customers to the platform
Build a sales team that is results oriented and with high conversion rates.
Identify market opportunities, develop strategic business plans, and execute initiatives to
establish and expand the new vertical.
Define short-term and long-term goals, create actionable plans, and monitor progress towards
objectives.
Work closely with teams across different departments to ensure alignment .
Build and lead a high-performing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve
business objectives.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and
potential risks.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the vertical to achieve profitability
and growth targets.
Develop strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business development
and expansion.
Qualifications
.5-10 years of progressive experience in B2B sales, e-commerce , or manufacturing industries.
. Proven ability to scale sales funnel
. Immense network in the manufacturing sector
. Ability to build and lead a team.

- Sales and Sales Management skills
- Training skills
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus
- Ex- employees of B2B online portals are highly preferred.
