Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive with a background in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing strategies to expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Development- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients for digital marketing services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Generate leads through networking, online platforms, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor digital marketing solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue goals.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and ensure consistent follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, social media, content, etc.) to ensure alignment of business objectives.
- Develop quarterly and annual sales plans in line with company goals.
- Provide insights and feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
- Analyze the effectiveness of business development strategies and recommend improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 3+ years in business development within a digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of industry-specific trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
