Job Description:

Strategy development: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals, encompassing SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and other relevant channels.

•Campaign Management and Digital Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. (SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, Social Media, Content

•Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence, create compelling content, engage with the audience, and monitor social media analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.

•Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and marketing objectives. Maintain an editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, newsletters, videos, eBooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.), including trade shows, product campaigns, webinars and events.

•Website Management: Ensuring the Website is always up-to-date and SEO optimized. Collaborate with the Content team to ensure we are always keeping our website up-to-date.

•Driving Traffic and growing Leads: Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to action, landing pages, and lead generation content. Drawing insights from Google Analytics, google tag manager and devise ways to improve it.

•Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as sales, Technical, and creative teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives and drive the initiates and content calendar for SM.

•Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Provide regular reports and updates to leadership.

•Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

•Stay Current with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing. Implement innovative and effective strategies to stay ahead of the competition


Desired Candidate Profile:

•Education: Bachelor degree. MBA would be a plus.

•Very good written and verbal skills having excellent creative thinking and analytical ability

•5-7 years of proven relevant work experience

•Well versed with SEO optimization

•Experience in introducing products to new markets

•Solid understanding of the customer lifecycle and life stages

•Ability to translate product features into business value-proposition

•Experience with marketing automation.

•Past experience producing content for the web specifically, as well as channel-specific knowledge (blog, SEO,

SlideShare, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)

•Knowledge on CRM integration
