Main accountabilities and tasks:

  • Preparation of monthly Cash In Forecast and review the same with Project Team to ensure timely collection.
  • Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via telephone, email, and mail
  • Communicate discrepancies to management team, identify slow-paying customers, and recommend collection candidates
  • Strengthen and grow relationships with clients by communicating with customers regarding past-due accounts
  • Timely and accurately update of collection in CDR file to enable smooth accounting by treasury team.
  • Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared
  • MIS Reporting for AR Ageing and monthly review with Project team to collect overdue payment.
  • Intercompany reconciliation and reporting balance in our internal reporting on monthly basis as per company’s guideline.
  • Preparation and present to management for provision of Liquidate Damages & Doubtful debts.
  • Support the company in optimizing our financial transactions and systems by performing reconciliation of customer accounts
  • Streamlining and improving the accounts receivable process identifying areas of performance improvement
  • Credit analysis of customer and creation of Customer Master Code in SAP on request by Project/Sales team.
  • Issuance of Credit and Debit note to customers
  • Handle statutory Audit and Internal Audit for AR


Desired experience and qualifications:

Work experience: 7- 10 years

Expertise (e.g. professional, technical): Financial Accounting knowledge

Education: Level: ICWA/CA Inter or MBA

Languages: English
