Zonal Sales Manager

Key duties & responsibilities:
Develop Plan and Execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets
To handle team of 15-20 sales officers and 3-4 area sales managers.
Timely Performance review of field staff
Monitor and control attrition
Training and Development of team members
Maintaining relationship with the stockiest, CFAs, chemistetc
Ensure profitability to the organization by ensuring good product mix, minimum expiry and sales return
Competitor analysis
Monitor new product success in the market.
Essential / Desirable Attributes / Skills Required:
Should be Graduate Preferably B.Sc / B.pharma
Minimum 10+ yrs of experience in pharma sales, working as second line manager in present company or having 3-5 year experience as first line manager in reputed organization.
Preferably Working for GP/CP or having previous experience of managing pain relief segment products.
Age should not more than 45 years.
