We are looking for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Architect for our India based locations. I.e. Pune/Mumbai/Chennai/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Indore/Noida.


The JD is


Role Senior SFDC Technical Lead

Experience 10-12 years

Location: Offshore, India

Working Timezone: 2 PM to 11 PM IST

Working Model: Hybrid

Primary (Must have) -

• Should have FSC certification

• Working Experience in Banking Projects with FSC implementing Banking Domain applications in below modules

• Loan Origination

• Onboarding

• Deposit/Loan solutions

• Credit Card Solutions

o Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, App Builder, Service Cloud

o Accountable for the overall CRM technical solution and its successful implementation with ‘configure first’ approach.

o Responsible for high-level solution and design

o Define development guidelines and test execution plans.

o Guide the Scrum Master and Technical Leads on technical dependencies and activity sequencing within the project.

o Will also be hands on in delivering the requirements.

• Experience in multiple end to end implementations of Salesforce.com.

• Good understanding of different Salesforce products – Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.

• Good knowledge & work experience in SFDC configuration, customization, programming with APEX Class / Triggers / APIs, Visual Force,LWC,HTML,CSS, Javascript SOQL, SOSL and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com application from scratch.

• Should have experience in Omni Studio scripts and development

• Proficiency in configuration and customization in Salesforce.com using Apex and LWC technologies, hands on exp on Sales and Service cloud

• Good understanding of overall SFDC architecture & landscape.

• Hands on work experience with Salesforce.com web services, WSDL and other integration aspects are desirable.

• Should have good work experience in implementing salesforce.com specific design patterns

• Implemented best practices to manage large volume data and work within governor limits

• Should have deployment experience using ANT tool or change set, data migration using data loader and other commercial tools

Knowledge / Experience of Agile methodology

Integration Experience in Some of the below:

• Batch Integration

• Real-Time Integration

• Adaptors

• Real-Time Mashups

• Middleware

• Rest/SOAP

• Platform Events

Secondary Technical Skills

• FSC certification

• Working Experience in Banking Projects with Salesforce implementations

Nice to have

•Banking Domain Knowledge in below modules

• Loan Organization

• Onboarding

• Deposit/Loan solutions

Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, and/or Salesforce Certified System Architect.


Soft Skills


Strong oral and written communication skills

Strong ability to work with client stakeholders
