Area Sales Manager-HoReCa

Since our beginning, we are a leading player in Mayonnaise, Spreads and Italian Sauces under the brand FunFoods. Additionally, we have a range of moist Ready-to-eat Cakes under the brand name of Kuppies.

Your Responsibilities
- Explore potential business avenues for achieving increased business growth in HoReCa
- Build up strategies / Sales promotion plans under the guidance of the Senior Manager
- Map the requirements of HoReCa business to provide the best products and services mix to achieve profitable growth for the assigned area
- Ensure customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms
- Expand the company product business in HORECA segment
- Define monthly and quarterly plans to drive volume, value, market share and activation in the region
- Analyse various promotion plans & cost impact of the same in the budget.
- Meet the Distributors to plan Business Development & discuss implementation plans
- Collate data and prepare reports to track various parameters e.g. Sales Efficiency, Sales Achievement
Qualifications
- Post Graduate/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 7-8 years of working experience in HoReCa in South. A background as a Chef is an added advantage.
- Excellent MS office skills
- Good communication and collaborative skills
- Experience leading a team
- Innovative and solution-oriented mindset
