B2B Email Campaign Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled DNS and Email Infrastructure Quality Manager with extensive, hands-on experience in email marketing infrastructure, particularly with DNS record management, bounce handling, and technical setups for large-scale B2B email operations. This role will oversee the quality control of all technical email components for high volume B2B email marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal deliverability and technical precision. Ideal candidates will have direct, proven experience managing email infrastructure and quality control processes, specifically in high-volume email marketing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance: Conduct meticulous quality checks on DNS records, domain reputation, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC setups for all domains to ensure compliance and deliverability.
- Bounce Management: Implement and monitor bounce management processes, identifying root causes and ensuring effective resolution to maintain domain and IP reputation.
- Technical Setup Oversight: Oversee and refine technical setups across Google Workspace accounts, ensuring that all configurations support high-volume email campaigns and align with deliverability best practices.
- Data Management: Maintain comprehensive records in Google Sheets or similar tools for all domains and technical configurations, documenting each domain's status and any changes made.
- Repository Management: Own and organize all documentation, logs, and records, ensuring that they are accessible and up-to-date for team-wide reference and compliance purposes.
- Troubleshooting: Rapidly diagnose and resolve technical issues with domain configurations, deliverability, or account setups, proactively addressing any problems before they impact campaign performance.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Direct Experience with B2B Email Marketing Operations: Minimum 3 years in a role directly managing DNS records, bounce handling, and technical setups in a B2B email marketing or email deliverability-focused position.
- DNS and Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of DNS record types (e.g., A, MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and how they affect email deliverability. Experience configuring and troubleshooting domain settings to optimize email delivery and security.
- Deliverability Knowledge: Proven experience in maintaining high deliverability rates for large-scale email campaigns, including hands-on knowledge of inbox placement, sender reputation, IP warming, and troubleshooting blacklists.
- Google Workspace Proficiency: Experience managing large-scale Google Workspace accounts (500+ accounts), including user setup, configuration, and troubleshooting, with a focus on email infrastructure.
- Data Management Skills: Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets for managing and organizing data at scale, with a strong understanding of repository best practices.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage complex, technical processes with precision and accuracy, including regularly auditing domain settings and email account configurations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with High-Volume Email Operations: Prior experience managing quality control for email operations with 1,000+ domains and extensive Google Workspace environments.
- Technical Certifications: DNS, email deliverability, or Google Workspace certifications are a plus.
