We specialize in offering high-quality German language courses tailored specifically for international students and job seekers. Since 2016, we're based out in Berlin Germany and Coimbatore India having placed 500+ medical professionals (nurses, pharmacists, physiotherapists, doctors, etc.). Our commitment extends beyond language education; we provide expert guidance and support to international nurses, healthcare workers, and medical professionals navigating their relocation journey to Germany. Our mission is to ensure a seamless transition into employment within the German healthcare system, for successful careers and smooth integration.


Role Description:

We are seeking a highly Recruitment manager to oversee and drive our recruitment efforts across the Asia region. Based in Coimbatore, this full-time, on-site role involves managing the recruitment process, leading a team, and ensuring we meet our staffing goals for healthcare professionals aiming to work in Germany.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet regional staffing needs and organizational objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting to candidate placement, ensuring a high standard of service and efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and performance management.
  • Monitor industry trends and adapt recruitment strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align recruitment efforts with overall business goals.


Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in healthcare recruitment, with a proven track record in managing recruitment teams.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry trends and recruitment best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
