Job Overview:
As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will lead the efforts to build and manage a robust subscription platform for our news channel, blending online and offline strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Your role will involve crafting and executing growth-focused initiatives to ensure the platform’s success and scalability.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement growth strategies for building and scaling a subscription platform, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize both online and offline user journeys.
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (SEM, social media, partnerships, offline activations, etc.), ensuring high ROI and subscription growth.
- Collaborate with product and content teams to create tailored subscription packages and landing pages, enhancing user experience, and maximizing conversion rates.
- Lead initiatives to establish and maintain a loyal subscriber base, including promotions, offers, and user engagement programs.
- Track and analyze key growth metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, churn rate), providing actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts and achieve growth targets.
- Utilize advanced marketing tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and programmatic advertising platforms to refine and target campaigns.
Who You Are:
- Master’s degree in marketing, business, or related fields preferred. (Preferably Tier 1 or Tier 2)
- 2+ years of experience in growth marketing, subscription management, or digital marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in A/B testing, user segmentation, and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with product and content goals.
- Creative problem-solver with a passion for driving growth and user engagement.
