Retail Sales Specialist

Job Description:The ideal candidate will have an ability to manage the daily operations of the Art Gallery/store and complete tasks related to inventory tracking, marketing and customer service. They should be a confident and well dressed personalities and be able to share their best practices in order to onboard new clients. This candidate should also possess strong leadership skills and be able to assign duties to relevant employees in order to maintain the function of the store. Experience in the home decor industry/art industry/ luxury sales is a must. THIS IS AN ART GALLERY AND THE CONSULTANT SHOULD BE ABLE TO SELL PAINTINGSSalary bracket is between Rs. 40,000-60,000 PMResponsibilitiesManage daily operations of business and ensure sales goals are metSell paintings and sculpturesDirect employees in daily operations such as serving customers, inventory taking, reconciling cash and managing in store marketingAssigns duties to relevant employeesEnsure adherence to health and safety regulationsTrack and manage inventory at storeQualifications3 - 5 years of retail and retail management experience Demonstrated ability to train employees and be an effective salespersonStrong customer service, management and communication skillsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From ₹30,000 per month ( Negotiable depending on experience)Schedule:Day shiftWeekend workingSupplemental pay types:Commission payPerformance bonusExperience:Interior design or home decor: 2 years (Preferred)Sales: 5 years (Required)Retail sales: 5 years (Required)Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:Paid time offProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftWeekend availabilitySupplemental Pay:Commission payPerformance bonusQuarterly bonusExperience:total work: 3 years (Required)Retail sales: 3 years (Preferred)Interior design: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: In person
