Position: Dotnet Developer

Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)

Experience Level: 4.5- 10 YOE (Immediate Joiners)

Responsibilities:

1. Software Development: Design, code, and test high-quality web applications using the .NET framework. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

2. Application Architecture: Contribute to the design and architecture of software solutions. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to ensure the software's competitiveness.

3. Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards. Mentor junior developers and provide constructive feedback to foster skill development.

4. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation related to software design, code, and implementation.

5. Continuous Learning: Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to understand and refine requirements.

Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

 Proven experience of 3+ years as a .NET Developer with a strong portfolio of successful projects.

 Solid understanding of software development life cycle and best practices.

 Proficient in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and other related technologies.

 Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.

 Familiarity with databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and ORM frameworks.

 Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
